Cash in Hand After a Payday Loan

I hugged my sister outside the payday loan office. It had been very easy to get the loan. We got in my car and headed back to her house. She sighed and looked down at the wad of cash in her hands. She told me it felt funny. She said it felt like she had stolen someone else’s money. I assured her that she could think of it any way she wanted to. She was going to do what she had to do to get her car fixed so she could get to work. Then she could worry about paying it back.
