Cleveland City Councilman Jay Westbrook of Ward 18

Cleveland City Councilman Jay Westbrook

It’s difficult to cover 30 years of history, especially when you’re joined by a couple of guys who’ve known Cleveland City Councilman Jay Westbrook as long as Bill Callahan and Cleveland Current’s Larry Durstin has. Include John McGovern, who asks a very good question about RTA after an hour and fifteen minutes and you’ve got a conversation that last an hour and a half and touches on every corner of the city, since Jay was council president for 10 years beginning in 1990.

Listen to the first 10 minutes here. The rest of the interview is here.

The transcript for this podcast is forthcoming. The average cost of a transcription is $100. If you’d like to see this podcast transcribed, please consider helping to pay for its production.
