Patti Choby talks to Sheryl Hoffman and Diane Shoemaker, two artists who founded Art House in Cleveland’s Brooklyn neighborhood. The dialogue focuses on art as community and economic development and the importance of Issue 18.

  1. We live in the neighborhood where Art House operates. I’m going to be listening closely to this podcast today, as well as letting the neighbors know, and inviting commentary. This is all about the community dialogue, after all.

  2. Still do not believe and do not like hearing that Wirth House is “beyond” repair. Art House has the potential to elevate the neighborhood, and it has elevated the minds of kids in the neighborhood. Tearing Wirth House down will not inspire young minds. Follow Convivium33’s lead–RESTORE.
