Midtown Brews is a monthly networking group of creative and technology leaders that takes place on the first Thursday of every month. Hosted by Webtego in their cool offices in the Artcraft Building, it’s a chance for growing businesses operating in and around Cleveland’s Midtown to come together and talk about what it means to be an entrepreneur here.
Meet.The.Bloggers* was invited to talk about what we’ve been doing, but after about a 5-minute presentation, we set up our recording equipment in their conference room, and with a simple question—one of the attendees asked “What is it going to take to get Cleveland to critical mass?”—the group (about 20 people towards the end) spent about an hour and a half sharing their ideas about what it would take. Part one is a bit difficult to hear, but bear with it. It was an interesting experience. We started off with one or two people, then gradually as the socializing wrapped up, people gravitated towards our conversations. Give it a listen:
Part 1. Time: 20.50
Part 2. Time: 20.38
Part 3. Time: 20.17
Part 4. Time: 25.10
