  1. This was so inspired me that I had to blog about it.

I liked the candidate, very positive and strong but I started to float away after Tim’s question on abortion. I find it amazing how people who are pro-life and running for office will make sure to give as little time as possible to that discussion.

  2. With all due respect, Daniella, each candidate has given considerable attention to social issues. Mr. Petro is a candidate who is trying to run on his ideas for how to improve the quality of life for the vast majority of Ohioans - economy, business development, taxes, etc. Social issues have been given too much credence in the past decade and become wedge issues for Rs and Ds. Mr. Petro is just trying to get out his message on other issues. His stance on abortion has been well-documented. Mr. Blackwell runs his entire campaign on social issues. I would much prefer to hear a candidate’s true ideas for reform in Ohio.
While I don’t agree with Mr. Petro’s stance on abortion, I respect his past performance in office and am inspired by his view for Ohio.
